Perfect binder BUFALO RONDOFIX featuring:
* Feed table with sensor-actuated starting
* Book hangout infinitely adjustable from 0 – 5 mm (0 – 0.20”)
* Routing station equipped with Carbide-tipped routing disc and Carbide counter pressure device followed by a grinding disc to expose the fiber of the stock. Routing depth adjustable from 0 to 5 mm.
* Cross-cutting notching drum with carbide teeth, notch depth adjustable from 0.8–1.0 mm (0.032–0.04”)
* Two-section Cold glue pot with two glueing rollers and adjustable scrapers.
* Manual cover feeding station
* Cover breaker with approx. 90 kgs pressure, dwell time infinitely variable from 0,5 - 5 sec.
* Delivery for hotmelt and cold glue operation with heated base plate allowing smooth delivery of finished books in vertical position
* External exhaust system for milling dust and hot melt fume extraction
